The operator of Mini Chemistry is responsible for the material published under the MiniEducation Team name. This policy explains the intended scope of internal editorial checks and their limits.

Sources and scope

We use the relevant syllabus to decide what a course should cover, then write explanations and practice for that level. Practical and examination skills belong in their course; optional extension work is labelled separately. Official syllabus and assessment documents remain the authority for examination requirements. Course pages identify their applicable qualifications and editions; reference or extension material does not replace the required course.

Writing, checking and AI assistance

Chemistry checks concern chemical accuracy, equations, observations, reaction conditions, units, calculations and diagrams, with terminology appropriate to the intended students. Checking can include the source, syllabus scope, answers and feedback, diagrams, links and the rendered learner experience, including accessibility. A course alignment describes scope; it is not a guarantee that every explanation is error-free.

AI tools can assist with drafting, coding and internal checks. The operator remains responsible for deciding what to publish and correcting problems. An AI output, coding-agent check, author label or review date is not independent peer review or scientific, safety or legal certification.

Online work cannot demonstrate safe chemical handling, careful observation or laboratory technique. Practical work needs appropriate facilities and supervision.

Publication, updates and review dates

A published date records publication. An updated date records a change; it does not mean a complete review took place. A reviewed date records a completed internal editorial check of the stated material. None of these dates promises continuous monitoring or external expert review.

Older material may use a historical syllabus or carry a maintenance note. Use the current course hub and official documents to check what applies to your examination. A review does not prevent later corrections.

Corrections and material changes

Report an error or accessibility problem with the page address, the exact part that needs attention and useful working or a source. A delivery receipt confirms receipt, not that the report has been accepted as correct. Confirmed problems are corrected in the maintained content; significant changes may appear in Updates.

Updates is a record of material changes, not an uptime service or a claim that every page has been reviewed. For the operator, independence and course pathways, see About and trust. Help explains how to use the lessons and checks.
