This is a simple four-week plan for the equivalent K324 / 6092 course, focusing on speed and accuracy in Paper 1, structured and data answers in Paper 2, and specific writing for Paper 3 practical.

When to use this plan

  • You are 4-6 weeks from exams and need a simple daily structure.
  • You are revising regularly but scores are stuck due to repeated exam-technique errors.
  • You need one plan that keeps Paper 1, Paper 2, and Paper 3 active every week.

K324 / 6092 paper map and time split

Paper weightings vary by syllabus version, but a typical split is:

PaperWhat it testsTime split in your revision
Paper 1MCQ speed + traps25–30%
Paper 2structured + data + calculations50–55%
Paper 3practical writing (P/MMO/PDO/ACE) + QA15–20%

The daily routine (60 minutes)

Do this daily for 4 weeks. This is the “engine” of the plan.

  1. 10 min (Paper 1): 12 MCQs timed (30 s each) + error log.
    Use: Paper 1 MCQ Strategy.
  2. 25 min (Paper 2): one DBQ/structured set: describe → explain using data → calculate → suggest.
    Use: Paper 2 DBQ Framework.
  3. 20 min (Content): revise one hub + do a few questions from your notes/past work.
  4. 5 min (Fix): write your top 3 mistakes (exact trap, not “careless”).
The error log rule

Write the trap, not “careless”: “missed NOT”, “cm³ not dm³”, “forgot aqueous”, “gradient vs value”, “inference without observation”.

Weekly execution checklist

Use this quick checklist each weekend:

  • Did I complete at least 5 daily routines this week?
  • Did I do one timed Paper 1 set and one timed Paper 2 set?
  • Did I run at least one Paper 3 writing drill (P/MMO/PDO/ACE/QA)?
  • Did I update my error log with specific traps and fixes?
  • Did I spend most content time on weak hubs, not favourite hubs?

Day 0 (Diagnostic) — 45 minutes

Do this once before Week 1:

  • 20 MCQs timed → mark and label the traps (Paper 1).
  • 1 short structured/DBQ question → check if you quoted data + used units (Paper 2).
  • Pick your top 3 weak hubs (they become your Week 1–2 focus).

Week 1: Fix the “easy mark leaks”

Goal: stop losing marks to units, definitions, and basic method writing.

Focus hubs (revise + practise)

Practical skill (2 sessions this week)

Week 2: Core reaction marks (the high-frequency middle)

Goal: strengthen the big Paper 2 topics and reduce “wrong conditions” mistakes.

Focus hubs

One practical session this week

Week 3: Sustainable world + practical tightening

Goal: cover the remaining content areas and make Paper 3 writing specific.

Focus hubs

Practical sessions (2 sessions this week)

Week 4: Timed practice + targeted patching

Goal: convert knowledge into exam marks with timing and review.

  • Do at least 2 timed Paper 1 sets and 2 Paper 2 structured sets this week.
  • Do one full Paper 3 skills review using the checklist.
  • Every day: fix only the errors that appear repeatedly in your error log.
Show a simple Week 4 structure (repeat twice)
  • Day 1: Paper 1 timed set + review errors
  • Day 2: Paper 2 DBQ/structured set + review units/data evidence
  • Day 3: Paper 3 practical skills review (PDO + ACE + QA)
  • Day 4: Weak-topic hub revision + short questions

Common mistakes that waste revision time

  • Re-reading notes for hours without timed questions.
  • Revising only Paper 2 and ignoring Paper 1 speed or Paper 3 wording.
  • Writing “careless” in the log instead of the exact mistake pattern.
  • Switching plan every few days instead of completing one full week cycle.
  • Doing hard topics repeatedly but avoiding command-word and units drills.

If you only have 2 weeks

Do the daily routine, then prioritise these:

  1. Paper 1 MCQ Strategy
  2. Paper 2 DBQ Framework
  3. G3 Pure / O-Level Practical Hub
  4. Your weakest 3 hubs from the G3 Pure / O-Level portal
